McLaren USA, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the merchantibility or fitness of this product for a particular purpose. The user is soley responsible for determining whether this McLaren USA product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for the user's method of application.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability:
McLaren USA, Inc. warrants its products to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months under conditions of normal use and service following the original date of purchase, when proof of purchase is provided to seller.

McLaren USA, Inc. will determine whether the product is defective or damaged. The exclusive remedy for defective product will be repair or replace the defective part as needed at McLaren USA's option with no cost to owner. The defective unit is to be returned to the factory for repair or replacement. This warranty does not obligate McLaren USA, Inc. to any liability for secondary charges, espenses, or any other consequential losses. The company's maximum liability shall not in any case exceen the cost of the defective part repaired or replaced.

The warranty shall not apply to any product or parts of products that have been repaired, altered or tampered with in any manner outside of McLaren USA's factory. Warranty is void on products that have been damaged or broken, or that have been used in a manner contrary to the product's intended purpose.

McLaren USA, Inc. shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, warranty, or strict liability.
